Our unique integral sound healing is a powerful process that can help you deal effectively with a health, relationship or life challenge that you may be facing.
On this Level 1 workshop, you'll get an experience of our unique integral method!
You will also learn foundational skills to help others in your life that you care about: your family and friends.
About the Venue: Frome Town Hall is located only a 10 minute walk from the Frome train station and 5 minutes to the town centre.
Workshop-only Option SAVE £200!
Our courses also all have a "workshop-only" option.
With this option, you will participate fully in everything during the workshop. You will not get access to any online learning resources or ongoing tutoring and support. You also are not required to do any home study or practice before or after the workshop.

- Online students who want the "Workshop experience"

About Your Teacher:
Nana-Anua Smith
Nana-Anua's journey to the Sound Healing Academy has taken many twists and turns. She has practiced yoga on and off for over 20 years. About 6 years ago, she discovered yoga nidra. Her yoga nidra training included a lot of chanting and she was also introduced to the Tibetan bowls.
They had a powerful impact on her, and Nana-Anua then started to investigate sound and that is what led her to the Sound Healing Academy. She has completed our Level 2 Practitioner Diplomas for working with Groups and 1:1 with Clients. Nana Anua is also a primary school teacher and has introduced sound and yoga nidra work to the children.
