Our unique Integral Sound Healing method is a powerful process that can help you deal effectively with a health, relationship or life challenge that you may be facing.  

On this Level 1 workshop, you'll get an experience of our unique integral method!

You will also learn foundational skills to help others in your life that you care about: your family and friends.

About the Venue

The welcoming and peaceful Birmingham Buddhist Centre in Moseley, Birmingham, is the heart of a network of spiritual friendships and is based in the inviting and vibrant area of Moseley, Birmingham. The centre is used to practice and teach meditation and Buddhism to anyone who is interested, welcoming visits from schools, colleges, interfaith groups and other interested parties.

You do not need to be a practicing Buddhist or meditator to participate in our workshop.  You are welcome to join us with any or no faith!

About your Teacher: Becky Cresswell

Becky Creswell

Becky is a Singer, Musician, Composer, Sound Healing Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer, Chakra Dancing & Creative Meditation Therapist, Women's Circle Facilitator, training to be a Goddess Priestess and is also studying Natural Magic and Druidry.

She has also studied Popular Music at University achieving a BA (HONS) in Popular Music with the honours in vocal performance, has a PGCE in Secondary Education Music, has studied Healing Voice work with Jill Purce and trained to be a Sound Healing Practitioner with the Sound Healing Academy.

Sound, Music and Healing work have always played a distinct and important role in Becky's life. Being a Musician, previously a Music Teacher in Secondary & Primary education as well as a Sound Healing Practitioner, she feels passionately about the profound healing effects sound and music can have on the body, mind and soul and now loves sharing these through the mediums of Sound Baths, Sound Meditations, in Yoga classes and 1-to-1 sessions.
