Our unique Integral Sound Healing method is a powerful process that can help you deal effectively with a health, relationship or life challenge that you may be facing.
On this Level 1 workshop, you'll get an experience of our unique integral method!

Travel / Location
Transport: Norwood Junction train station is in Travelcard Zone 4. Norwood station provides city-wide services to travellers on the London Overground line, from Highbury & Islington to the north, to Clapham Junction to the west. London Bridge is a one-stop, 10 minute journey from Norwood Junction, as is East Croydon train station and London Victoria. The venue is a mere 5 minutes walk from Norwood Junction train station.
Location: South Norwood has a busy high street with pubs, parks, and cafes, and an interesting history to explore, so you’ll have plenty to do during unstructured times!

The workshop will be held in the Assembly Room on the ground floor Stanley Arts is one of South London’s premiere arts and performance venues, providing its local community with a vital home for cultural expression and discovery.
Stanley Arts has an on-site cafe and yard bar and is located in the heart of South Norwood High Street with a train station, park, food shops and pubs all within 2 minutes walk from the venue.
Workshop-only Option SAVE £200!

With this option, you will participate fully in everything during the workshop. You will not get access to any online learning resources or ongoing tutoring and support. You also are not required to do any home study or practice before or after the workshop.

About your Teacher: Sana Bokhari
Sana is a Wellness Educator and a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, Reiki Therapist, and Sound Healer based in South Norwood, Croydon, South London.
As a fully qualified sound healer, she uses this particular therapy to go deeper into the emotional and energetic imprints that are being held by the body, both on subconscious and conscious levels to get to the root cause underlying a physical or emotional ailment or particular cycles of thinking/belief systems.
"Sound therapy is a fantastic (and some argue more effective) alternative to talking therapies. The sounds can also be applied to the body to provide a massage but are mostly used off the body, in the human bio-energy field."
