About the Venue
Raynes Park Library Hall, 21 Approach Road, Merton, London, UK, SW20 8BA
Our workshop will be held in the cosy yet very spacious room known as the Events Hall, found within the Library. To add to our comfort, the hall itself is carpeted, with a kitchen area to the side and a private restroom area separate to that of the wider library.
In terms of location, Raynes Park is a mere one and half miles from the very famous Wimbledon.
There is a large Waitrose and Sainsbury’s located close to the train station, (Raynes Park Train Station), along with a Costa Coffee and Starbucks close by. The station and amenities are approximately a 2 minute walk away from the venue.
Transport:
Tube: Wimbledon station is the nearest Tube to Raynes Park Station and is a bus ride away. It's Zone 3 on the District Line.
Rail: There are regular services from Raynes Park station to Waterloo, taking 20 minutes.
Bus: Raynes Park is well connected by bus. The 131 (to Tooting Broadway), 152 (to Pollards Hill), 163 (to Wimbledon) and 200 (to Mitcham) all serve Raynes Park. The 57 between Clapham Park and Kingston runs a 24 hour service, and Raynes Park also has a night bus, the N87, which travels between Aldwych and Kingston.
Road: As the area is situated on the busy A3, locals have the luxury of a 20 minute drive to the M25.
Parking
Local street parking is limited due to the local parking limit being set to a maximum of 2- 3 hours depending on the road. It is therefore advised to travel by public transport. If, however, you are staying at the local Raynes Park Travelodge, then you have free parking at the Travelodge and the Travelodge is a 3 minute drive from the venue.

About your Teacher: Sana Bokhari

Sana is a Wellness Educator and a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, Reiki Therapist, and Sound Healer based in South Norwood, Croydon, South London.
As a fully qualified sound healer, she uses this particular therapy to go deeper into the emotional and energetic imprints that are being held by the body, both on subconscious and conscious levels to get to the root cause underlying a physical or emotional ailment or particular cycles of thinking/belief systems.
"Sound therapy is a fantastic (and some argue more effective) alternative to talking therapies. The sounds can also be applied to the body to provide a massage but are mostly used off the body, in the human bio-energy field."
