The three days
What actually happens in the room
Eight instrument families over three days — but the point isn't the list. By Sunday afternoon you will have given a full session and received one.
Core healing techniques, then Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. You play all of them before the day ends.
Weighted and unweighted forks, gong technique, rhythm, and voice work for health and wellness. Safety and contraindications throughout.
Everything brought together: sequencing, reading the room, closing safely. You lead one, and you receive one.
All instruments provided — bring a blanket and something to write with. Natalie sends her list of nearby places to stay as soon as your deposit is in.
