Expanding Our Global Sound Healing Workshops Locations

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re bringing our in-person sound healing workshops to two brand new locations!

Our upcoming Level 1 Foundations Of Integral Sound Healing Workshops in September will guide you through the foundations of integral sound healing, using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums, and the healing voice.

Meet Audra Dover, the founder of Energetic Shifts With Audra

Our lovely graduate, Audra Dover, is based in Sydney, Australia and runs her own holistic business, "Energetic Shifts with Audra."

"Before delving into the world of sound healing, I had been working for several years in complementary medicine as a Crystal and Reiki Practitioner. Both have become an essential part of my personal journey and in the way I hold space for others.

I always want to try different modalities, so I didn’t hesitate at the opportunity to experience a group sound bath. I was amazed at how deeply it touched me! It shifted my energy, calmed my nervous system, and opened the door to profound emotional clarity.

That moment sparked a deeper calling, and during the stillness of the pandemic, I pursued my Level 2 Diploma in crystal singing bowls. The reason I decided to focus on that particular instrument was my love of crystals and the strong connection I have with them due to my crystal healing.

I not only wanted to share this beautiful modality of Integral Sound Healing with my clients, but to fully understand how sound, energy, and intention work together to support healing on every level (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).

Since completing the course, sound has become the heart of my work! I offer individual and couple sound healing sessions, group sound bath meditations, and I also incorporate sound into my Reiki, AromaTouch and crystal healing sessions to create space for deep relaxation and transformation.

The feedback from my clients has been incredibly heartfelt, with many sharing how profoundly the sessions have shifted their energy, emotions and overall sense of wellbeing. Looking ahead, I’d like to expand my offerings in specialized areas such as working with cancer and dementia patients, perform group water floating sound baths, create interactive workshops, and eventually, assist with hosting weekend retreats.

I deeply believe that every person carries the ability to heal and thrive. Therefore, my role as a facilitator is to hold a nurturing space where clients feel safe enough to let go, heal, and reconnect with their true selves.

I’d love to see sound healing woven into everyday life, not just something we turn to when we’re overwhelmed, but a regular way of staying connected to ourselves. It’s a simple, non-invasive practice that anyone can experience. You don’t have to do anything; you just have to be.

In a world that’s always rushing, sound gives us a way to slow down, breathe, and feel whole again. I truly believe sound healing is one of the most natural and powerful ways we can support our emotional wellbeing, physical health, and inner peace!"
