About Natalie
Composer, educator, multi-instrumentalist
Classically trained, Natalie began violin at four and went on to teach high school orchestra for fourteen years. She founded Sounds Heal Studio in Cedar Rapids, where she works one-to-one and in groups, and she trains practitioners through the Academy across the USA.
Her training runs through Nada Yoga in Rishikesh, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, Qigong and acupressure, which she weaves into a holistic approach. She also hosts The Nada Podcast, recognised as the number one music therapy and sound therapy podcast on the web.
