About Iseo

Iseo Velázquez is a sound healing practitioner and breathwork facilitator based in Mexico City, Mexico. She is the founder of Camino del Sonido, a project dedicated to supporting personal well-being through sound, meditation, conscious breathing, and contemplative practices.

Her path has been shaped by years of study and practice in yoga, meditation, and sound healing. She had the opportunity to study Bhakti Yoga under the guidance of renunciate teachers in India, the United States, and Mexico, and has collaborated with yoga communities through kirtan, workshops, and wellness events.

Iseo is a Certified Integral Sound Healing Practitioner through The Sound Healing Academy and a Certified Pranayama Breathwork Instructor. She facilitates private and group sound baths, meditation experiences, breathwork sessions, corporate wellbeing programs, and immersive Floating Sound Bath experiences.

Known for creating warm, grounded, and accessible spaces, Iseo's approach combines traditional contemplative practices with practical methods, helping people reconnect with themselves and cultivate sustainable well-being.
