Ciela is a certified sound healing facilitator through the International Sound Healing Academy and a 200‑hour registered yoga instructor. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Business, she brings years of experience in marketing, sales, and corporate governance, where she became known for thoughtful planning, clear communication, and creating meaningful, well‑organized experiences.

Her work now focuses on integrating mindful movement with intentional sound design to create transformational sessions tailored to each client’s goals. She approaches every interaction with deep listening, curiosity, and a love of genuine conversation. Warrior Garden provides sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement for VIP and invite‑only experiences, including conferences, board meetings, weddings, rehearsal‑day gatherings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, family milestones, and private group events.
