Dina Dodson is the founder and facilitator of Inner Sound Wellness. Her work grew from a long, personal relationship with contemplative practices and a quiet search for healing, rest, balance, and inner harmony.

Through years of working with meditation, breathwork, yoga, mindful movement, Reiki, and, more recently, sound, she came to understand that the most profound and meaningful transformation did not come from effort or fixing, but from deep listening. Beneath the pace and noise of daily life, she experienced a quieter inner rhythm—one that restores, aligns, and brings a sense of harmony when given space and loving attention. This understanding sits at the heart of Inner Sound Wellness.

She is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, a trained Reiki practitioner, and a certified sound practitioner through The Sound Healing Academy. Her offerings are held with deep care and simplicity, creating calm, attentive environments that invite rest, presence, inner listening, and a felt sense of harmony.

Sessions may include sound baths or sound journeys, Reiki, guided meditation, breathwork, yoga, mindful movement, visualization, and silence. While experiences are often shared in group, community, or organizational settings, each participant’s experience is personal and self-directed.

Inner Sound Wellness serves communities, senior centers, workplaces, retreat environments, and educational spaces throughout Coastal Virginia.
