Lee Beckler is an Integral Sound Healing Practitioner and co-owner of Sage Yoga Studios, with locations in Fallbrook and Bonsall, California. Through The Rhythm of Sage, the studios’ sound healing program, Lee offers individual and couples sound immersions, public and private group sound baths, and integrated yoga and sound experiences.

Lee’s path to sound healing began unexpectedly when he attended a sound bath. He was surprised by how effectively sound quieted his active mind, allowing him to experience what he describes as “the space in between,” a state somewhere between active thought and sleep that he had struggled to reach through meditation alone. Rather than simply accepting the experience, Lee wanted to understand why it happened.

His curiosity first led him to hands-on, in-person training in sound healing with a Certified Sound Therapist. The experience deepened his appreciation for the practice and inspired him to continue exploring the potential of sound. Motivated by that curiosity, he pursued professional training with the Sound Healing Academy, completing its Level 1 Foundations program and earning a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing – Sound Baths for Groups (Level 2). During his formal training, Lee continued to deepen his understanding through extensive independent study and mentorship with experienced sound practitioners from a variety of backgrounds and traditions.

Lee holds the E-RYT® 200 and YACEP® designations through Yoga Alliance, integrating his experience as a yoga teacher and educator into his sound healing practice. As an active practitioner, he has facilitated sound experiences ranging from personalized one-on-one and couples’ sessions to public and private sound baths, restorative yoga with sound, and programs for organizations and community groups. His work includes adapting sound experiences for different populations and environments, informed in part by trauma-conscious training received through Connected Warriors during his volunteer work with the organization.

Lee approaches sound healing with both curiosity and respect for the individual experience. He does not view himself as someone who heals others. Instead, he uses sound and vibration to create an environment that invites stillness, supports deep relaxation, encourages self-awareness, and provides space for restoration and well-being.
