About Lucy

My work in sound frequency healing is shaped by years of study, travel, and exposure to global healing traditions. Early experiences—from witnessing shamanic practices in Indonesia to hearing Tibetan bowls in the Himalayas—deepened my understanding of how environments, energies, and vibration influence wellbeing.

I began my formal training with Reiki, building a foundation in energy work and subtle body awareness. A pivotal Biofield Tuning session clarified my path, revealing a precise, gentle, and highly effective approach to supporting health. This led me to further training, including a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing with Tuning Forks through the Sound Healing Academy in the UK.

I do this work because I believe in the body’s innate ability to recalibrate. Sound and frequency offer a powerful way to release tension, restore clarity, and return to a natural state of balance. My practice blends evidence informed methods with intuitive understanding to provide a grounded, respectful, and effective healing experience.

I offer one to one healing sessions both on and off the body to help relieve pain and tension, reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep and digestions, and release trapped emotions and trauma. I sometimes add in a few other sound healing instruments to compliment the tuning forks.
