About Sana

I was born in London and grew up in an Asian family, both of which have shaped much of who I am today. Hard work, spirituality, kindness, and the importance of education were values instilled in me from a young age. I often feel I have reaped the benefits of having one foot in two different worlds - not only culturally, but also in terms of my career.

I majored in Biochemistry and Forensic Science, embarked on a long teaching career, and still work in government today. However, unable to shake the deeper calling of life - to immerse myself in the magic of books and nature, spirituality, and all things heart-spaced - I was drawn to work as a sound healer and massage therapist.

Now based in London, my work blends science with the small miracles and mysteries of the healing arts, offering sound healing in London that is both grounded and deeply transformative. From intimate London sound bath experiences to larger sound bath events in London, my sessions are designed to create space for rest, clarity, and reconnection.

Alongside my practice, I am also passionate about teaching and facilitating sound healing training in London, supporting students who feel called to explore sound both professionally and personally.
