About Susan

Suzi Alexopoulos is a dedicated yoga practitioner, a passionate yoga teacher and an integral sound healing practitioner.

The practices of yoga, embodied movement, breath, and meditation have taught her to listen to and honor the wisdom of the body, and incorporating sound into her therapeutic toolbox has shown her how powerful these practices can be and their value in supporting people on their healing journey.

Her work with sound and movement focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves and the healing power of self-awareness, so they can have agency and feel empowered over their health and well-being.

Sound is a pathway back to self and a powerful tool for supporting the nervous system and somatic well-being. In this crazy, noisy world, it gifts people pockets of peace so they can hear those subtle somatic conversations and have been waiting to be noticed.

Suzi is an Accredited Sound Healing Practitioner with the International Sound Healing Academy and is part of their teaching team in Melbourne. Suzi is also a 750+ hr-trained yoga teacher, astrologer, and Reiki practitioner.

She very much looks forward to supporting and guiding students on their journey to becoming confident practitioners. Creating a calm, grounded and practical container of learning for them to flourish… with a sprinkle of fun and laughter thrown in!
