Having spent decades in high-pressure corporate environments, I deeply understand the silent toll that stress, burnout, and constant noise take on the mind and body. My transition into sound therapy was born out of a desire to create spaces of genuine stillness, holistic recovery, and personal resonance.

My approach combines formal acoustic training with gentle, intuitive energetic care. As a cancer survivor, caregiver, certified para-counsellor, and former voluntary prison counsellor, I hold space with a non-judgmental presence and lived empathy. I believe true relaxation is the natural byproduct of deep energetic healing, and every session is individually tailored to meet clients where they are.
