Christina is an accredited Level 1 and 2 Sound Healing Practitioner with The Sound Healing Academy, and an experienced Sound Healing facilitator dedicated to supporting others on their path with sound.

She is deeply passionate about the power of sound to create subtle yet profound shifts in the body, mind, and spirit, helping to regulate the nervous system and cultivate an immediate, deep sense of calm and well-being.

With a background in yoga, movement, and the subtle energy body, Christina is a Yoga Alliance accredited 500+ hour RYT Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, as well as an accredited Chakradance Facilitator and Energy Healer. Her work is informed by extensive study in meditation, the chakra system, shamanic practices, yoga, sound and energy healing, and sacred movement.

Through Wild Grace Yoga + Healing, both in-studio and online, Christina facilitates yoga, meditation, sound healing, shamanic journeying, and Chakradance experiences — guiding individuals through deeply personal and transformative inner journeys. She also offers one-to-one sessions, personalised healing, and online training for those wishing to deepen their practice.

As a Sound Healing Teacher, Christina brings years of hands-on experience assisting in workshops alongside her own teaching, offering a grounded, intuitive, and integrative approach that weaves together her diverse training and embodied practice.
