Jen is a certified sound healer based in Austin, Texas, offering heart-centered experiences in sound healing in Austin, rooted in both personal healing and professional training. A lifelong musician, she came to sound healing as a powerful modality to support her own recovery following a car accident in 2008, deepening her commitment to holistic wellness and embodied healing.

Jen has been teaching yoga in the Austin community since 2016 and is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP. She specializes in alignment-based vinyasa, restorative, kids, and aerial yoga. In addition, she is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher, a certified Crystal Healer, and a Reiki Master, bringing a rich, integrative approach to her work.

Drawing from all of these disciplines, Jen weaves sound, movement, play, self-care, and positive energy into every offering. Her sessions in sound healing in Austin create supportive, accessible spaces for relaxation, restoration, and reconnection.

She is the founder and operator of Sonic Starchild Sound & Energy Healing, where she provides 1:1 and group sound healing sessions, workshops, and sound healing training in Texas through The Sound Healing Academy.
