About Chris

I have had a colorful and full life, with the highest highs and lowest lows. My experience is my greatest asset for others. I’ve lived or travelled in 60+ countries, and have owned nine companies, primarily in the entertainment industry. Among other activities I am predominantly a filmmaker. I have been a member of a Sweat Lodge community since 2005 where we practice Native American Indian traditions, and I provide one on one life counseling.

When I attended my first Sound Bath I was transported to another place and I knew I had to pursue this amazing and transformative modality. I have a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing from the Sound Healing Academy. I provide public and private group Sound Baths in a beautiful coastal setting in Cape Town using 21 instruments from Gongs and Crystal Bowls to Tingshas and Flat Drums. The Sound Baths have a profound impact on participants, physically, psychologically, and spiritually. I am filled with gratitude and joy sharing Sound Baths with others.
