About Adrienne

Adrienne is a certified sound healing practitioner living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Long committed to health and personal development, she maintains strong practices in yoga and running, healthy cooking, meditation, and energy work.

In 2018, Adrienne took time away from her career in law and higher education and spent sixteen months travelling through Italy and New Zealand. During this time, she made wine, harvested olives, cooked at spiritual retreat centres, trekked to New Zealand’s many back-country huts, and allowed her senses to fully open and expand. It was within this space of freedom and exploration that she felt a clear calling toward a career in sound healing.

Adrienne now offers one-to-one sessions in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, providing sound healing in New Mexico to support balance, relaxation, and deep recalibration. Her passion lies in working with tuning forks, alongside instruments such as singing bowls and chimes, to gently guide clients into a state of harmony.

Alongside her clinical work, Adrienne continues to deepen her learning and involvement within the sound healing community and regularly participates in sound healing training in Santa Fe, further refining her skills and expanding her practice. When she is not offering sessions, you’ll find her exploring New Mexico’s many hiking trails or playing classical and flamenco guitar with like-minded musicians.
