About Molly

Molly Adkins deeply understands how sound affects both the physical and subtle bodies and intentionally uses vibration to support healing, learning, and transformation, both as a practitioner and instructor of sound healing.

Molly has travelled the world studying music across cultures, including living in Japan for 11 years while researching traditional Japanese folk songs and instruments for her master’s thesis. After returning to the United States, she taught Japanese language and culture at a public high school for 20 years before feeling called to make sound healing her full-time vocation.

Today, Molly weaves her rich global musical background into immersive group experiences, offering sound healing in Colorado that is both grounded and expansive. Based in Colorado Springs, she facilitates sound healing in Colorado Springs through unique instrumental and vocal techniques that support deep rest, insight, and transformation.

In her workshops and classes, Molly combines her award-winning teaching ability with extensive musical training and trusted credentials, including sound healing certification in Colorado. She is also actively involved in sound healing training in Colorado, making the practice accessible, embodied, and powerfully effective for students and participants alike.
