I live just outside of Marlow in the beautiful Chiltern Hills. I was a school and music teacher for over 25 years, specialising in piano, saxophone, and voice. After three years living and teaching in Switzerland, I felt called to pursue a path more closely aligned with my passion for healing.

Through my own healing journey, I experienced hypnotherapy to help me face issues that had been holding me back in my personal life. Finding it deeply effective and transformative, I retrained as a clinical hypnotherapist. This journey naturally led me to discover sound healing, and I instantly felt I had arrived at my true calling - combining my lifelong love of music with the profound healing qualities of sound.

I went on to complete my sound healing certification and earned my diploma. My mission now is to share the life-changing benefits of sound and music with as many people as possible. I offer sound healing through both group sessions and one-to-one work, sometimes weaving in hypnotherapy techniques to deepen the experience.

Alongside my practice, I am passionate about supporting others on their learning journey and regularly participate in sound healing training in London and Marlow, creating safe, welcoming spaces for exploration, growth, and confidence. I currently run a local drum circle, regular sound baths in London, and a variety of other healing events, and I love leading groups and witnessing people step into the fullness of who they truly are.
