My name is Brooke and I am the soul behind HOPE with Brooke.

I am a passionate Earth and animal lover, mother of three (four if you count my three legged fur baby), and wife to a tradie.

I have identified as a “seeker” all my life, a seeker for knowledge, but not just any knowledge.

Knowledge that freed me. That frees us all.

I live by the word HOPE, which is not just positivity, trust, and faith, but is also an acronym for Helping Open People’s Eyes. Opening people’s eyes to a more natural way of living and being.

When we know better, we can do better, be empowered, and make better choices for ourselves and our communities.

I see this time of existence as an evolutionary time. It is a time of remembering, reconnecting, expansion, and unlearning all of that which would deplete or make us doubt our own unique magic.

Being an Ambulance Officer and then Registered Nurse, specialising in Critical Care, I spent more than 20 years of my life seeing the body as separate organs and isolating dis-EASE as separate from the body as a whole. Losing my beloved dad to medical negligence led me down a whole new path of holistic health and the magical world of sound healing.

I now understand that we are infinite beings and that the micro is the macro, and that to some degree, our psychology can determine our physiology. As quoted from the incredible Jonathon Goldman, “FREQUENCY + INTENT = HEALING.”

I use my many years of being a student of life to share my gifts of Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Gut Healing, Meditation Teaching, and sharing tools to help you live a life as free from toxins as possible.

It is our birth right to thrive, not survive!

My mission is to connect people to their true source of health and vitality, and to live empowered lives with the gifts that Nature herself provides.

We are of Nature, therefore that which nourishes, sustains and heals us, should come from the ancients and Nature herself. She is relentless in her capacity to be ever changing, and in the moment, such a profound teacher, guide, and friend. I bow to her in deep reverence.

We were born to connect, to create and to share – incredible relationships, knowledge, wisdom, resources – to collaborate and to be of service to one another – it’s what we are made for.
