About Kristy
Kristy is a sound practitioner who holds a B Tech Degree in dance/choreography and a certification in Pilates, yoga and children’s yoga. She has written and published two children’s illustrated books: ‘The Rainbow Within’ and ‘My Rainbow of Energy’.
Kristy’s fascination with vibrational medicine and the crystal singing bowls led her to sound healing as a modality with the Sound Healing Academy.
She currently facilitates sound journeys for retreats and at yoga studios in and around beautiful Cape Town using a variety of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a monalina, a gong and chimes.
Kristy is passionate about the transformative power of sound and offering people a space to deeply relax and heal on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
