Sound Healing Practitioner - Laura Stuart Obenauf - Louisville, Kentucky

Laura graduated with her Level 1 Certificate of Sound Healing in 2023 and her Level 2 Diploma – working with individual clients and multiple instruments – in 2024.

She specializes in Transformational Sound Journeys. 

In these fully customized sessions, Laura will work with you to explore the whole state of your current wellness and your intention: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Using the vibrational energy of sound, she’ll work to harmonize and integrate the energies of mind, body, heart and soul to help bring you back to your true center. After each session, she’ll provide you with a plan of sound self-care so you can support yourself at home.

In addition to Transformational Sound Journeys, Laura also provides Simply Sound Sessions – relaxing sound baths for individuals or small groups, and she is happy to provide sound for your event, class or workshop. 

Before training with Sound Healing Academy International her educational background was in Music, Vocal Performance (Bachelor’s of Music from the University of Illinois 2003), and Ecology & Spirituality (Masters Certificate from the University of Wales 2021).

She also has extensive yoga training and is certified at 200-hr level through the Chicago Yoga School (2004), and has nearly completed her 500-hr level training through Yoga East in Louisville.
