About Chris

Since I was a child, music has been my greatest passion and guide. I taught myself to play percussion, guitar, and the Native American flute, following an inner call to explore sound not just as art, but as a language of the soul.

In 2013, while traveling through India and Nepal, I experienced a profound connection to the spiritual and holistic way of life. That journey awakened something deep within me. I began practicing meditation, particularly Vipassana and immersed myself in nature by living and working in permaculture communities across Portugal, Thailand, and New Zealand.

But life shifted dramatically when I found myself in the Netherlands during the COVID era. I was lost, stuck in a hospitality career that drained me, and then I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. That moment became my greatest teacher. It forced me inward. I started meditating for hours, devouring books on healing and consciousness, reconnecting with music, and asking the most important question: What am I really here to do?

The answer came clearly when I discovered sound healing. It felt like everything I had ever loved; music, spirituality, nature, and a desire to help others, had found a home in one powerful practice. I studied with the Sound Healing Academy and became a certified Integral Sound Healing Practitioner, specializing in one-on-one sessions.

During this time, I also began reconnecting with my roots in Sardinia, one of the world’s Blue Zones, rich in ancient energy and wisdom. That’s where Resonance Experience was born. It’s more than just a studio. It’s a sanctuary. A space for individual sound healing sessions and a retreat center where people can reconnect with themselves in a peaceful, nurturing environment.

My vision is to expand this into a place of transformation, where sound, nature, and spiritual practices converge to support deep healing and elevated living.
