About Jen Vu
Jen is certified sound healer based in Austin, Texas. She is lifelong musician who came to sound healing as a means to support her own healing after a car accident in 2008. She is the founder and operator of Sonic Starchild Sound & Energy Healing, providing 1:1 and group sound healing sessions and workshops as well as practitioner training through the International Sound Healing Academy.
Jen has been teaching yoga in the Austin community since 2016 and is an E-RYT500, YACEP. She specializes in alignment-based vinyasa, restorative, kids and aerial yoga. She is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher, a certified Crystal Healer and Reiki Master.
Jen brings principles from all these practices to integrate sound, movement, play, self-care and good vibes to all her offerings!
