After a transformative experience with Sound in her own life, Sarah founded Hollow to Whole in 2021, dedicated to helping those who feel disconnected find their sense of purpose and belonging.
With a deep interest in metaphysical subjects, Sarah blends her knowledge with the power of Sound Healing and a compassionate coaching approach. After completing three Sound Healing courses and numerous workshops, she joined The Academy of Sound Healing in 2022, earning her Certificate 1 and progressing to a Diploma of Integral Sound Healing for Individual Clients. At Hollow to Whole, Sarah offers personalized Integral Sound Healing Packages and stand-alone sessions that may include Meditation, Reiki, Coaching, Essential Oils, and other well-being practices.
