On this Level 1 Workshop, you'll get an experience of our unique Integral Sound healing method!

About The Venue
Crystal Palace Osteopaths & Natural Healing Centre - 10 Westow Street, Crystal Palace, London, SE19 3AH
Our venue is located amongst many health and wellness shops, cafés, and restaurants so grabbing a breakfast/lunch is most convenient.
The nearest train station is Crystal Palace Overground which is a 13 minute walk to the venue. Be warned, however, the walk is up a very steep hill! There is a local Sainsburys on the corner of the road for which you can pay for all day parking with a company known as Horizon for around £5 a day. There are signed plaques up around the parking lot with instructions of how to pay for parking with Horizon.

There is also some street parking that is free but again this is a 10 minute walk from the venue and spaces are limited. You can try Woodland Hill, SE19 1PB and Jaspar Road SE19.
For overnight accommodation Westow House has had great reviews from previous students. The venue also has yoga mats and some blankets although you may wish to bring your own.

All our courses have a 'Workshop Only' option.
With this option, you will participate fully in everything during the workshop. You will not get access to any online learning resources or ongoing tutoring and support. You are also not required to do any home study or practice before or after the workshop.

About Your Teacher: Sana Bokhari
Sana is a Wellness Educator and a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, Reiki Therapist, and Sound Healer based in South Norwood, Croydon, South London.
As a fully qualified sound healer, she uses this particular therapy to go deeper into the emotional and energetic imprints that are being held by the body, both on subconscious and conscious levels to get to the root cause underlying a physical or emotional ailment or particular cycles of thinking/belief systems.
"Sound therapy is a fantastic (and some argue more effective) alternative to talking therapies. The sounds can also be applied to the body to provide a massage but are mostly used off the body, in the human bio-energy field."
