About Your Teacher: Annie Ridgway
Annie Ridgway is a fully qualified Sound Healing Practitioner, a musician, and singer/songwriter who, has led workshops on singing and sound for over 10 years both in Australia and overseas.
With 2 Diplomas in Sound Therapy through The Sound Healing Academy in the UK, Annie uses her skills in music and sound healing for the health and wellbeing of others.
As an accomplished musician, she has conducted many singing and song writing workshops and performed at many Australian Folk festivals, including the National and the Blue Mountains Folk festivals. Also, annie has produced 4 CDs over the past decade, including “Chakra Swoon”, which is a 7 track meditation on the Chakras, comprised of sounds such as Tibetan Singing bowls and voice for stress management and relaxation.

About Your Teacher: Anita Cassidy-Bowman
Since her youth, Anita loved the heart-opening effects of listening to and making melodic sounds. For 25 years, she's been a musician and singer/songwriter, especially enjoying Celtic styles and other world music.
She worked as a teacher in Rudolf Steiner early learning and as an English teacher and relief music teacher at public high schools, where the opportunity to bring the healing benefits of singing has been her primary joy and motivation.
Also, a love of nature her today's prime inspiration for the music she creates with her voice and sound healing instruments. She believes that her appreciation for, and ever-deepening connection with the natural world has expanded her ability to energetically support others and herself, alongside the extra-ordinary therapeutic qualities of sound healing instruments and the uniquely personal voice.
